Pink Drink Raises Money for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

This month we're launching a special new ‘Pink Drink’ to help raise money for October’s national Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Breast cancer is now the most common cancer in the UK, with 10,000 new cases diagnosed each year. With health at the core of everything we do we're keen to get involved in the campaign and show our support for such an important cause.

As well as directly collecting donations for Breast Cancer Care via boxes positioned next to the till in all 24 of our stores, we'll also be launching a limited edition Acerola and Strawberry ‘Pink Drink’ super smoothie, donating 50p from each ‘Pink Drink’ sold to breast cancer charities.

“We’ve been big supporters of Breast Cancer charities for many years now,” said Christopher Fung, Managing Director of Crussh. “The Pink Drink is a perfect way to carry on that tradition - it’s not only incredibly good for you but it’s also for a good cause too.”

On sale in all our stores from the 6th-31st October, the sumptuous ‘Pink Drink’ super smoothie combines a delicious blend of apple juice, banana, 98% fat-free probiotic frozen yoghurt, strawberries and one of nature’s true super foods…Acerola cherries.

Acerola Cherries have more than 20 times the amount of Vitamin C you’d find in a humble Orange, which makes them perfect for helping to ward off those pesky autumn colds.
